EXAMPLE ITINERARY

We provide a complete hospitality management service to ensure that all your requirements for a successful day are anticipated and implemented. Whether advising on transport or organising official merchandise, branding golf umbrellas or hoisting your company flag, you can rely on us to take care of all the logistics and to advise on ways of making your hospitality even more effective.

Our staff will be on hand, both in the build up to the event and on the day to help with all the detailed arrangements, leaving you free to relax, enjoy the golf and attend to your guests. Over 1000 people benefited from this service at the 1996 Championship, held at Royal Lytham & St Anne’s.

We will be offering the very best in client entertainment facilities within the official hospitality area

DRINKS OPTIONS Drinks are not included in the prices above. Drinks may be paid for on the day, an account may be set up in advance or we offer an inclusive drinks option from £36.50 per guest. All prices are per person and exclude VAT.
1. Option A - £39.00 per person Champagne reception from 11am - lunch. Wines with lunch plus port or brandy liqueurs. Complimentary bar with standard spirits, beers and wines from 11am - 6pm. Selection of soft drinks and mineral water.
2. Option B - £36.50 per person Wines with lunch plus port or brandy liqueurs. Complimentary bar with standard spirits, beers and wines from 11am - 6pm. Selection of soft drinks and mineral water.
3. Option C - £44 per person Complimentary champagne. Selected wines with lunch and port or brandy. Complimentary bar with standard spirits, beers and wines from 11am - 6pm. Selection of soft drinks and mineral water.
4. Option D - Consumption Bar - £39 per person deposit All drinks freely available or as requested. Your company pays only for drinks consumed. Additional charges or reconciliation follow after the event.
5. Option E - Credit Card Payment Companies booking tables in the restaurant may opt to pay for drinks by credit card on the day. A card number will be requested in advance and drinks will be debited after the event once checked by our own management.

ITINERARY

From 8.30am On arrival at your chalet, enjoy morning coffee and pastries. You will receive a draw sheet for the day, along with an official programme

11.00am The bar opens.

12 noon After a morning spent on the course, return to your chalet where lunch will served between 12 noon and 2.00pm.

4.00 pm Afternoon tea is served.

6.00pm The bar will close.

DRESS CODE

Normal golfing attire usually applies. Facilities to leave jackets and indoor shoes are available as guests may wish to bring golf shoes for walking on the course.

Prices are per person and are subject to VAT. The four-day rate is

per person per day for a particular facility booked for all four days

of the championship. The prices quoted do not include drinks.
